7am to 8pm M-F; 1st shift 7am- 3:30pm; 2nd shift 11:30am- 8pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
>3/4" SAE hand and pneumatic, all specialty tools per the OEM.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Large, with tables and chairs, mini kitchen, TV, vending machines, outdoor shaded picnic tables weather permitting.
How many bays does your shop have?
18+ a Dyno and Steam bay.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Avg/Mo= 130 Ro's a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
The tech looks up their parts, and the parts department orders the parts as approved by the customer or warranty.
What is your policy on side work?
As long as it is not directly competing with our company we don't have a prohibition, as long as your performance does not suffer as a result.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Factory training available, union shop, shift differentials available.

Yes, candidates can apply online and should only take a maximum of 15 minutes.

In-person interviews usually involve the hiring manager and will be face to face.

We perform backgrounds and drug test for all new hires.

We do administer a mechanical aptitude for some positions and a behavioral analysis post offer.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
We strive to be quick in our decisions, you can expect an offer or rejection quickly after the interview but maximum three days.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $79,414 - $87,360/year
Journeyman
B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $66,560 - $81,120/year
Tech 2 - Tech 1
C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $52,000 - $66,560/year
Tech 4 - Tech 3
D Level Technician
Pay Range: $43,680 - $49,920/year
