SERVICE ADVISOR ASSISTANT $21 hourly position To create a welcoming environment for all customers and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. To provide superior customer service to our customers in person and on the phone. To assist the Service Advisor in miscellaneous tasks as requested. Principle duties and Responsibilities: • Arrive on time as scheduled and be prepared for the day. • Be neatly groomed, clean and presentable to the public. • Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter the office, shop or parking lot. • Acknowledge customer concerns, maintain less than 1% customer complaints. Inform management of all areas of concern. • Answer phones courteously and in a timely matter. • Schedule appointments • Check customers in with the check in sheet and/or RO and signature. • Keep work space, office area, front bathroom and waiting room clean. • Work directly as an assistant to the service advisor and help with miscellaneous tasks. • Make follow up calls, recommended repair calls. • Confirm appointments either by phone or email. • Respond to reviews • Participate in training as required. • Send Thank you cards and recommendation cards as needed. General requirements: • Have a valid driver’s license. • Able to type accurately about 30 wpm. • Neat and clean in appearance. • Detail orientated. • Perform with minimal supervision. • Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy working with the public. • Be a problem solver. • Possess proper telephone skills. • Possess good manners. • Speak, Read and Write English fluently. • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Listen attentively to customer complaints. • Work under stressful situations without losing control. • Possess computer skills and knowledge of office equipment. • Be reliable, upbeat and enthusiastic. • Be a team player. • Good work ethic. • Ability to work in a team environment.
