What do your in-person interviews entail?

The Shop Manager will meet with the applicant in person. Ideally, we can get you qualified and scheduled for an interview within the same day. Interview scheduling is based upon your availability and the shop managers. If the shop manager wishes to proceed, you will receive an offer letter from us extending an offer of employment. We will schedule your drug screen and start date! The interview is scheduled at the availability of the shop manager and yourself – so that time frame may vary – but the majority of the time, the shop manager will meet with you within a day or two to conduct the interview. An ideal time frame for start to finish would be roughly a week (application, reports, interview, drug screen, no notice needed for employer so we hire you on once results have been posted)
