What do your in-person interviews entail?

In-person interviews are usually conducted by the department manager and the recruiter. We ask questions to see if your work ethic, personality, and career goals match up with what we are looking for. These interviews usually last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Depending on if the candidate lives in the area, they will usually know between 1-3 days. If they are out of state, we want to make sure they can find housing so we usually wait until they know they can move here before a job is offered.
