Technician Spotlight: Tell us about yourself. What is your name, role, and the number of years you’ve been in the industry?

I started my career with Titus-Will in 1993 at the Ford location in Tacoma. I was hired as a drivability technician after spending 6 years in the United States AirForce. Titus-Will gave me a chance to work at the highest level as a Ford technician. They proved all of my training and career path. I was extremely successful for over 18 years as a technician. I was then promoted to the position of service manager. I did that for about 10 years and was then promoted to Fixed-Operations manager for all of the Titus-Will stores. The Titus-Will family has been extremely generous by allowing me every opportunity to grow in the automotive buisness. I feel i am truly a family member!!
