We currently have 20-30 employees on site and 150 - 200 company wide.

We're open 6:00am - 6:00pm with several shifts available.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Specialty tools and major equipment provided.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have a newly remodeled break room.

How many bays does your shop have?

We have 8 bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

we average 400 - 500 repair orders per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

The Technician would send the parts request to the Parts Specialists via email and the Parts Specialist processes the order and delivers it to the Technician.

What is your policy on side work?

We don't allow side work.

Yes, we offer 4 certification levels and yearly continuing education.

Basic safety training and forklift certification training.

Corporate Trainer works with younger Technicians when available, we will partner you with an experienced Technician to further develop your skill set.

We're involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

We've partnered with Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC)'s NC3 program.

Yes, we run a background check MVR and drug screening prior to the candidate being hired.

We don't perform a skill assessment prior to hiring.

After the in-person interview, you should get a response from either the hiring manager or recruiter within 48 hours. In some instances, you may be asked to come in for a 2nd in-person interview.

Diesel Service Technician Pay Range: $25.00 - $38.00/hour

Compensation is a range of an hourly base rate plus productivity incentive

Installer Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00/hour

Trailer Mechanic Pay Range: $27.00 - $33.00/hour

We offer an auto-enroll 401(k) plan, so unless an employee opts out, they are automatically enrolled at 3%. They can increase or decrease this amount whenever they want. In addition, we have an auto-escalate plan which means that every year, employees’ contributions are increased 1% until they meet 7%.

Vacation Offered
All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off benefits. Vacation starts accruing for full-time employees on their date of hire and they are eligible to use it after 6 months of employment.

Sanco Enterprises recognizes eight paid holidays and two (2) Personal Days yearly. Should a holiday fall on a weekend, the holiday will be observed on the workday closest to the holiday.
ST / LT Disability Offered
We offer both short-term disability and long-term disability through Principal Financial. Short-Term Disability (STD): - Benefit = 66.7% of your pay per week for up to 25 weeks - Paid for by the Companies. No cost to you! Long-Term Disability (LTD): - Benefit = 60% of your pay up to $7,500/month for up to 2 years (own occupation) or SSNRA (any occupation)
