Yes the shop is heated. Front office is air conditioned but the shop is not.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
21 technicians split between 2 shifts 11 office personnel
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday-Friday 7am-11pm Saturday 8pm-noon Closed Sundays
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Thermo King specific tools and man lifts
What type of break room facility is provided?
Upstairs heated and air conditioned room with TV, tables and chairs, and refrigerator.
How many bays does your shop have?
8 bays in main shop. 4 bays in a separate building
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Between 200-300

Thermo King DFR program
What is your policy on side work?
Absolutely no side work unless on a vehicle
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, Thermo King has tiers of training available to our technicians. Also, continuing educations required yearly for Master Level technicians.

What type of safety training is required?
Forklift training, ladder safety, MSDS sheets available
