We have our new hire technicians work with mentors in the shop until they feel they can complete the work on their own. We will complete an evaluation on the technician also

A Level Technician Pay Range: $64,470 - $68,650/year ($31.00 - $33.00/hr)

$31-$33 per hour. In this role, you would be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining all the equipment we use to transport and handle freight. Common equipment you would be working on would be single and tandem axle diesel over-the-road and city tractors, diesel city straight trucks and propane and diesel powered industrial forklifts. B Level Technician Pay Range: $58,250 - $64,470/year ($28.00 - $31.00/hr)

$28-$31 per hour. In this role, you would be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining all the equipment we use to transport and handle freight. Common equipment you would be working on would be single and tandem axle diesel over-the-road and city tractors, diesel city straight trucks and propane and diesel powered industrial forklifts. C Level Technician Pay Range: $54,070 - $60,330/year ($26.00 - $29.00/hr)

$26-$29 per hour. In this role, you would be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining all the equipment we use to transport and handle freight. Common equipment you would be working on would be single and tandem axle diesel over-the-road and city tractors, diesel city straight trucks and propane and diesel powered industrial forklifts. Lube Technician Pay Range: $56,150 - $60,330/year ($27.00 - $29.00/hr)

$27-$29 per hour. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance services on Company equipment. This generally includes, but is not limited to, oil changes, inspections, and lubrication of equipment.

Trailer Technician A Pay Range: $28 - $32/year ($0.01 - $0.02/hr)

$28-$32 per hour. Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all trailers and related equipment used by the Company in the transportation and handling of freight in a safe, efficient, timely, cost-effective, and practical manner. This equipment includes over-the-road and city trailers of various makes and configurations.

Trailer Technician B Pay Range: $25 - $29/year

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all trailers and related equipment used by the Company in the transportation and handling of freight in a safe, efficient, timely, cost-effective, and practical manner. This equipment includes over-the-road and city trailers of various makes and configurations.

Tire Technician Pay Range: $26 - $29/year

Responsible for inspecting and replacing tires on the Company’s equipment. Inspects equipment for proper wheel and axle alignment and other mechanical repairs that may be needed. Responsible for inventory control of the Company’s tires, rims, and related equipment and material needed to perform tire related tasks.

FT Mechanic/Technician Apprentice Pay Range: $23 - $25/year

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all equipment used by the Company in the transportation of and handling of freight in a safe, efficient, timely, cost-effective, and practical manner. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, single and tandem axle diesel over-the-road and city tractors, diesel city straight trucks, propane and diesel powered industrial forklifts, over-the-road and city trailers of various makes and configurations, Company vehicles and pick-up trucks, and various types of converter gear. Associates in this position are entry level employees working as an apprentice.

Checklane Tech Pay Range: $23 - $25/year

Responsible for the inspection, lubrication, repair, and maintenance of equipment primarily as it moves through the check lane. The equipment includes, but is not limited to, single and tandem axle diesel over-the-road and city tractors, diesel city straight trucks, propane and diesel powered industrial forklifts, over-the-road and city trailers of various makes and configurations, Company vehicles and pick-up trucks, and various types of converter gear.

Parts Specialist Pay Range: $25 - $28/year ($0.01 - $0.01/hr)

$25-$28 per hour. Performs activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of materials needed to repair and maintain all equipment used by the Company. May perform receiving, stocking, distributing, and packing in addition to inventory control. Performs skilled clerical work in maintaining accurate records of vehicle repair and maintenance activities and inventory, including billing, accounts payable, and vehicle records.
