Technicians are expected to respectfully follow all Company, Customer, DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and any other site governing policies and procedures as well as keeping a safety conscious mindset bringing up any concerns in order to push our continual progress within our safety culture. We believe in Living Injury Free Everyday for L.I.F.E.! Power Generation work is primarily done at customer locations. These field technicians are expected to be self-sufficient with diesel and gas engines and the power generation ends driven by them. These technicians have frequent direct interface with the customers and need to be trusted to professionally portray the values of the company and ensure the customers concerns are completely addressed. Technicians are responsible for standard maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling customer assets. Industry standard and warranty guided repair times are used as the goals set for the technicians. Technicians are responsible for repair documentation that explains directly to the customer the valuable services that we provide including safety and quality standards followed. Technicians are expected to supply their own set of industry standard tooling. Product specific specialty tooling is supplied. Company service truck, laptop, and phone provided. Shift standard is Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts but varies daily to meet customer demands 24/7 in a rotational schedule supported by the full group of field techs.
