The shop is heated, but it doesn't have air conditioning. There are numerous large fans.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

The team consists of 7-10 members which includes 1 service manager, 1-2 service advisors, 1 shop foreman, 4-6 technicians.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. No weekends

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All manufactory specific tools and standard shop tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

A break room that consist of a large conference table, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and a sink. Also, we provide a television and a computer or laptop for training.

How many bays does your shop have?

The shop has 20 bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

An average of 400 repair orders a month.

What is your parts ordering process?

E-ordering and hard copy.

What is your policy on side work?

In some cases, working on personal vehicles is allowed.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Yes - family owned and family friendly. No weekends.

Yes. We offer paid GM certified training, professional development assistance, and on-the-job training. We also offer a computer for training.

New hires work closely with trained technicians for the first three months of employment.

GM-certified safety training.

Experienced technicians mentor younger techs by providing hands-on training, shadowing opportunities, regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and career guidance. This collaborative approach fosters skill development and ensures the growth of our service department.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are extremely involved with our local community. We offer discounts for first responders, veterans, and educators. We sponsor local sports teams and local organizations.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We work with local community college (NTCC) to allow internships and first job opportunities to students and graduates.
