About Us

Ruach Resources (Pronounced “ROO-ahkh” or “ROCK” for simplicity) is an Aggregate and Ready Mix supplier located in Tioga and Williston North Dakota. Our main operation is located in Tioga, ND. We have several aggregate pits spanning from McGregor to Watford City and two Ready Mix Plants, one in Tioga and one in Williston. Ruach Resources strives to provide the Bakken quality products and creating lasting, long term relationships with our customers. We pride ourselves in making sure our employees are happy and have a healthy family to work life balance.

Under The Hood

Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

Yes, our shop is floor-heated.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Our Wolf Pack is 3-5 strong.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Our shop operates M-F, Half day Saturdays (depending on work load) Sundays off. Shift is from 5am - 5 pm. (Start and end time is flexible)

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We ask that mechanics and technicians provide their own tools, we do supply some of the larger tools needed to get the larger job done.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have an "Open Area" break room. Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Pot & Seating is provided.

How many bays does your shop have?

There is a large work area with the ability to accommodate several independent projects or repairs.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average roughly 15-20 repair orders per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

All parts orders go through the Shop Assistant or Shop Manager.

What is your policy on side work?


Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We have a fast paced and ever changing work demand. Sometimes the work is in the shop, sometimes the work is completed out in the field or on site.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We will provide and pay for training as needed.

Annually with direct supervisor.

What type of safety training is required?

We offer monthly trainings and tool box/tailgate talks. Common sense of working in a shop environment are a must. We ask that any pre-existing medical conditions be disclosed to ensure a safe work environment.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

While working in a team setting in the mechanic team can learn from each other.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are active in our community by supporting our local business and local churches and ministries. We also participate in local parades when possible.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We are actively trying to get more involved.

Where do you see the shop in five years?

We would like to have another location in Williston to support our Williston operations.

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

Yes, we have an application form, it will typically take 5-10 minutes to complete. A resume can also be submitted in lieu of the application.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

We do phone screen prior to in person interviews.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

We ask about previous experience, strengths and weaknesses of past positions, etc.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

We do preform background checks as well as drug screening.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

No, we do not.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Approximately 1-7 days post in person interview.

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

Approximately 1-2 weeks.
