Our Service Department is currently around 10 people, but growing.

8:00-5:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00-7:00 Wednesday, techs work late every other week.

Parts are delivered daily. Parts are received as soon as possible for technicians to continue on repairs

We offer online and in person training from Ford Motor Company.

We encourage technicians to to complete training, acquire certifications, and advance towards Master Tech status.

Yearly performance and pay reviews.
What type of safety training is required?
Safety training as required by regulations.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Entry level techs work with Senior Master techs to gain experience and knowledge.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We are active in our local community. We are members of multiple community organizations and donate to many organizations and fundraisers.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We have sponsored students from our Auto Shop high school class.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
We are exploring doubling the size of our current shop to accommodate increased business and EV's.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hour
Flat rate hours with performance bonus available.
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $38.00/hour
Flat rate hours with performance bonus available.
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/hour
Flat rate hours with performance bonus available.
Lube Technician
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00/hour
Flat rate hours with performance bonus available.
