Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM Saturday: 8AM - 3:30 PM - Alternating Saturday shifts

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide any specialty tools needed.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We are in progress of creating a relaxing break room facility in the near future. Currently, there is plenty of space in the shop for employees to relax during breaks.

How many bays does your shop have?

Currently we have a total of 4

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Average per month varies between 85-120 per month

What is your parts ordering process?

We either call or we go through our advance online shopware program that gives us options from different shops

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is not allowed on the property.

Skill training and development is encouraged! We are happy to provide direction and guidance about training opportunities if a tech is interested.

We would love techs to grow with us during their career, and will provide coaching and guidance for all knowledge levels.

It is a verbal review given on an as-needed basis.

What type of safety training is required?

Verbal safety training will be provided upon start.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

New, younger techs can be mentored by more seasoned techs if both parties are interested.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are hoping to become more involved in the community in the near future. If an employee is passionate about a community issue, we'd love to hear about it!

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We are looking into working with high schools and trade schools in the near future.

We don't require applicant to perform any skill assessment, instead we discuss what skills the person may have during the interview, verbally.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000/year

A Level Technicians should be able to complete a project without any assistance. This includes the ability to do: Alignment, Brakes, Diagnostics, etc. ASE Certification a plus! Paid on a flat rate and may be flexible based on skills and experience.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $32,000 - $34,000/year

B Level Technicians should be able to perform work including Diagnostic, Electrical And Engine Repair. Must be able to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Must have mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Paid on a flat rate and may be flexible based on skills and experience.

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $23,000 - $25,000/year

C Level Technicians will perform routine automotive maintenance and inspections including: Oil Changes, Suspension, Tire Changes & balance, and possibly additional automotive preventative maintenance. Paid on a flat rate and may be flexible based on skills and experience.

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $35,000 - $36,400/year

A Service Advisor will be able to greet customers and direct them to available mechanics. They will consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs. Using your knowledge of our products and services, you will be able to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers. You'll answer questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up. English required, and Spanish (or other languages) a plus!
