What is your parts ordering process?

Technicians work with the parts department to source needs.

What is your policy on side work?

An employee may hold a job with another non-competing company as long as he or she satisfactorily performs his or her job responsibilities with the Company. All employees will be judged by the same performance standards and will be subject to the Company’s scheduling demands, regardless of any existing outside work requirements. If an employee is considering taking on a second job, they are asked to notify their manager immediately. If it is determined that an employee’s outside work constitutes a conflict of interest or interferes with the employee’s performance or ability to meet job requirements, the employee may be asked to terminate the outside employment if he or she wishes to remain with the Company.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Typically, we have a 90-day performance review. Then annual review.

What type of safety training is required?

Safety is a top priority for the Company. For your protection, the Company has an in-house Safety Committee. To assist in providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees, customers, and visitors, the Company provides information to employees about workplace safety and health issues through regular internal communication channels such as manager-employee meetings, bulletin board postings, memos, or other written communications.

Technician Mechanic Pay Range: $25.00 - $38.00/hour

Hourly pay based on experience, and skill set
