A breakroom in the office building with TV, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

What is your parts ordering process?
Tech is not responsible for ordering parts; Service advisor manages orders and inventory.
What is your policy on side work?
Not allowed to solicit current customers or do personal / side work on business time.

Yes; We provide as needed.

We have an apprentice program. We allow opportunities for our experienced techs to mentor others based on their desire and willingness to provide this support.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We offer opportunities for various local car clubs to use our shop on the weekend for events.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We are beginning a program with a few local high schools in the area.

Yes. It will take about 10 minutes to complete.

We will do an introductory phone call. Light screening to see how serious the candidate is about the position

In person interview at the work location. Will get a tour of the shop and have the opportunity to see the work environment in person.

Yes, background check, and drug screen.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Yes, it is an on-line assessment. (Genos assessment)

Varies from 1 - 14 days.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $25 - $35/hour
Rate is based on experience, and is flat rate.
B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour
Rate is based on experience, and is flat rate.
