Our Shops have heat, porta-cools, and big-ass fans.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
10 on site technicians. 4 road technicians. 14 wrecker drivers. 1 parts specialist. 1 service writer. 1 shop manager.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Wrecker service drivers work 12-hour shifts, they have every other weekend off.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide our technicians with all specialty and diagnostic tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Our technician breakroom has free coffee. We do company provided free lunch every Friday.
How many bays does your shop have?
10 spacious full-size bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
400-500 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
A parts specialist is on-site at each location, they verify part accuracy as well as handle core and part returns.
What is your policy on side work?
Not at this time.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We offer a state-of-the-art facility with everything you could need to get a job done.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, Hunter Align School, Cummins Class, ASE Heavy Duty, Wreckmaster, and Ring Leaders.

Can you describe your performance review process?
We do semi-annual reviews regarding efficiency, issues, and tech wants and needs.
What type of safety training is required?
Weekly classes are held on basic safety knowledge.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Younger less experienced techs are guided by senior techs until they are comfortable handling tasks on their own. Usually around two weeks.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We participate in many community events including car shows, parades, setting up cars at local high schools to promote drunk driver awareness for prom week, training with local fire departments using jaws of life, and taking part in community fundraisers.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We work with the Gwinnett Tech Diesel program.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes. Light screen to gauge the interest level of the candidate and find out general information about them
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Going over an individual's experience and skills, their availability, and what they desire to achieve with the company
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
A drug screen is mandatory for all CDL drivers.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No. Skill assessment is done through the interview process
