M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides specialty Mopar tools to help in assisting projects completed in a timely fashion. General tooling is provided by the Technician.

What type of break room facility is provided?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides a lunch break room complete with a full size fridge, Microwave, Oven and stove. Tables provided for lunch breaks

How many bays does your shop have?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides 18 stalls with lifts. 23 bays in total

800-900 Repair Orders per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Each technician diagnosis their own vehicles once approved by customer and service advisor, The technician will order parts over the parts counter.

Side work is prohibited.

Oversized shop with many bays and lifts. Continuously trying to provide our employees with a comfortable workspace.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides additional education through Strayer University. As well as Mopar (Stellantis) in class and at work training

Can you describe your performance review process?

Weekly performance review based off hours turned and type of work dispatched, stall cleanliness and attitude.

What type of safety training is required?

2 and 4 post lift training and forklift training. All can be done here on site.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Each of our master techs spend time with younger techs to help guide and instruct in the diagnostic process. A very hands-on process.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Through different charities as well as through our local community colleges and K-12

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram stays in contact with our local trade schools to help develop and recruit the best of the best.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Yes, we typically like to have a phone interview before having you come out to the dealership. Just to make sure we are all on the same page before the in person interview.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

In-person interviews occur at our dealership where the potential hire will sit down with multiple management personnel. Typically the Service Manager and the shop foreman. A few basic questions are asked to find out what you are looking for in a dealership to see if we are a good match. You will have the opportunity to walk through our shop and talk to our technicians.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

Yes. Background checks, driving record checks and drug testing are required

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

Applicants will talk with the shop foreman or lead technician and they will review different job skills with you.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Offers are made usually with 24 hours contingent on the background and drug screens.

C Level Technician Pay Range: $0.00 - $26.00/hour

Service Advisor Pay Range: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00/year

Based on personal performance.

Lube Technician Pay Range: $0.00 - $16.00/hour

Based on clock hours with an additional $2 per hour turned.

Student Tech / Apprentice Pay Range: $0.00 - $20.00/hour
