What are some things you wish the general public or kids about to graduate high school knew about being a tech?

So many of our technicians have mentioned the importance in knowing a skilled trade, such as mechanic or technician. In todays day and age, those skills are becoming less and less common. There is SO much opportunity and growth out there in the industry. Here at Mike Shaw Subaru we focus so much time on apprenticeship, which allows up and coming technicians to train and learn from our Master Techs, getting them to learn the trade efficiently and effectively!

These 3 gentleman are incredibly hard workers and huge leaders on our team. Jeff, along with both Kevin's, come to work everyday ready to hit the ground running. We are so thankful for the sacrifice they have made for our country and the impact they have here at work. Thanks for all you do!!
