What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday With overtime available as needed NO WEEKENDS!!!!

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Large wrenchs, air tools, welders, jacks, techs will need to provide their own hand tools

What type of break room facility is provided?

Lunch air with, table, fridge, microwave, snack shop, coffee

How many bays does your shop have?

5 bay doors 7 work areas

How many repair orders do you average per month?

This can vary

What is your parts ordering process?

We have a parts department that manages this. We keep a million dollars worth of parts on hand at all branches

No side work

We offer exclusive vendor training, factory training, and onsite hands-on training paid for by the company

There's always room for techs to grow their skill set and opportunities for the right team member to work their way up the ranks. We always look to hiring within and will help put the team member on a career path to achieve their career goals

Can you describe your performance review process?

Annual performance reviews. Skills and goal-based conversation. We also do check-ins throughout the year as needed

What type of safety training is required?

New hire safety training, forklift certifications/recertifications, and as needed

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Yes, apprenticeship programs available

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Currently working on expanding that

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

We do. We discuss what the candidate looking for, their goals, what boxes they need checked to be happy with us, they're work history, background, what equipment they've worked on, whether they are comfortable with troubleshooting, electrical and welding experience, and hydraulic experience

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Onsite interview with the branch or service manager. We provide a tour of the facility, skill assessment, talk about equipment worked on, meet some team members, and general background. We try and keep this super casual

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

A criminal background check that goes back 7 years, this does not automatically disqualify the candidate, we also do drug screens (excluding THC in states where it's legalized)

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

Skill assessment is done through the interview process

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Within 18 hours

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

Depends on the candidates availability, we will move this along as soon as we can

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about your hiring process?

Very casual hiring process, with no pressure, and very conversational. Be yourself, and show us your skills. Phone interviews will be handled by our Recruiter Emily. She will be the candidate's point of contact

Level 1 Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour

Hourly paid position based on experience and skill set, overtime available

Level 2 Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00/hour

Hourly paid position based on experience and skill set, overtime available

Level 3 Pay Range: $30.00 - $38.00/hour

Hourly paid position based on experience and skill set, overtime available
