25 total service employees. 6 technicians 7 technician apprentice 4 express technicians 5 advisors 3 service concierge

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm Saturday 7:30am - 12:00pm one Saturday a Month

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Specialty Tools Provided, Multiple scan tools

What type of break room facility is provided?

Very nice breakroom with sink refrigerator and a microwave. Cleaned every night .

How many bays does your shop have?

25

How many repair orders do you average per month?

900 per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Paperless inspections written up by the tech, and sent to parts then sent to service advisors for approval. Once approve it goes back to parts and will be received as soon as possible for techs to finish repairs

What is your policy on side work?

All side work performed off the clock and off premises.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We provide on-the-job training with our foreman and factory training classes. This is all paid for by the dealership

Yearly performance reviews. Discussion includes performance, communications, behavior, goals, and where we can help

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Mentors teach them the necessary skills to be successful. We have them work together for a set period before advancing to become a Technician. Mentors will be available to answer questions, and work side-by-side when time permits

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Our local marketing director does all of our public relations

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes the owners donate to local schools

Where do you see the shop in five years?

We strive to meet all of Mercedes's matrix systems. We're also always looking to put hard-working, good people around us to achieve company goals

Our Leadership is involved in employee's career progress and mental wellbeing

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

We have an online application process. It usually only takes a couple of minutes to fill out

Yes, we do! More of a light gauge to see the candidate's interest level, and for them to tell me about themselves

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Usually the meeting includes the service manager, service director, and the shop foreman. We discuss the candidates' background, certifications, likes, dislikes, career paths, and what's the techs end goal

We perform background and drug screening before hire

Service Advisor Pay Range: $60.00 - $110.00/year

Bi-weekly pay periods, and commission check paid before the 15th of the month

Lube Technician Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Bi-weekly pay periods, hourly paid position

B Level Technician Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hour

Bi-weekly pay period, flat-rate payscale depending on candidates' background, and certifications

Service Manager Pay Range: $150.00 - $240.00/year

Bi-weekly pay periods. Commission check paid by the 15th

Student Tech / Apprentice Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00/hour

Bi-weekly pay periods, hourly paid position

A Level Technician Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour

Bi-weekly pay periods, flat-rate payscale depending on candidates' background, and certifications

C Level Technician Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
