Our shop is both heated and air conditioned to be comfortable year-round.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We have about 30 technicians on our team.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our service hours are 6am-11pm. We have 2 shifts available each day: 6am-3pm and 2pm-11pm. An hour meal break is provided. We are closed Sundays.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Our shop provides toolboxes, all Mercedes-Benz specialty tools, inground racks, 2 alignment racks, 4 tire machines, 12 SDS machines, and technology designed around technician efficiency and proficiency.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a state-of-the-art break room with a full kitchen and entertainment area.
How many bays does your shop have?

What is your parts ordering process?
Electronic parts ordering can be done from each technician's stall.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We partner with local high schools and community colleges and have recruited students to work with us.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
We hope to double in size over the next 5 years, while continuing to be the largest Mercedes-Benz dealer in Arizona!

What do your in-person interviews entail?
3 in-person interviews will be conducted, lasting about 30 minutes each. The first will be a one-on-one conversation with the hiring manager, following by speaking with the Shop Foreman and a Team Leader, and finally a conversation with other managers.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we may conduct all of the above.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
We will provide an offer immediately after the final interview.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000/year
We are looking for CDT trained Master Technicians with leadership experience. Two shifts are available for commercial and passenger vehicles (6am-3pm and 2pm-11pm). Evening shift - commercial vehicles eligible for additional $2/hour shift differential. High percentage flat-rate multiplier available for mobile service technicians!
B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $85,000/year
We are looking for experienced Mercedes-Benz certified technicians. Two shifts are available for commercial and passenger vehicles (6am-3pm and 2pm-11pm). Evening shift - commercial vehicles eligible for additional $2/hour shift differential. High percentage flat-rate multiplier available for mobile service technicians!
C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $85,000/year
We are looking for off-brand reconditioning specialists, responsible for reconditioning used vehicles. This position is a springboard to becoming a certified Mercedes-Benz technician. Evening shift - commercial vehicles eligible for additional $2/hour shift differential. High percentage flat-rate multiplier available for mobile service technicians!
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $150,000/year
We are seeking retail-minded customer service professionals to join us as a Service Advisor. Only professionals need apply as we will only consider the best of the best talent. This position includes a base pay with opportunity to earn more based on achieving goals.
