What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Shop hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 5:30. Saturday 8-2.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All special tools provided. Technicians required to have own tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Large break area/kitchenette upstairs.

How many bays does your shop have?

Six bays

How many repair orders do you average per month?

200+

What is your parts ordering process?

Most parts received within one hour from all vendors.

What is your policy on side work?

Technicians allowed to work on their personal vehicles on Saturdays when they are not scheduled to work.

Professional calm collected and efficient work environment with any questions answered or problems solved by our in house Advanced Level Master Technician.

Paid reimbursement for ASE Certification.

Basic lift operation. Steel toe boots required.

We are in the process of working with local schools.

Review of work history. Knowledge based questions to ensure applicant has ability to perform designated tasks. Offer pay scale based on experience.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000/year ($31.25 - $52.88/hr)

Diagnosis. Bumper to bumper repairs.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000/year ($24.04 - $36.06/hr)

Brakes, suspension, tune ups, cooling system, gaskets.

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000/year ($19.23 - $24.04/hr)

Brakes, flushes, oil change, tires and alignments.

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $35,000 - $36,000/year ($16.83 - $17.31/hr)

Change oil. Replace and repair tires.
