Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Various tools available for shop use.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Small break room with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and various utensils.

How many bays does your shop have?

6 bays total: (1) Hunter alignment rack, (1) 4 post lift, (4) 2 post lifts.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

280+, we can keep any flat rate technician busy!

What is your parts ordering process?

We stock filters, fluids, belts, bulbs, plugs, blades, exhaust system parts, batteries, and more. Parts not stocked are ordered locally as needed.

What is your policy on side work?

Not allowed without prior authorization from owners.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We offer reimbursement for ASE testing, training manuals, and are open to explore other educational opportunities with staff.

Monthly reviews are done to assess performance and gather feedback.

Any required by law or requested by staff.

Skilled techs are expected to mentor new techs, as allowable with workflow. We want to foster the growth of all employees.

Partnering with local University, sponsoring local schools.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000/year ($33.65 - $45.67/hr)

Flat rate $35-$40/ hour. Performance based bonuses, plus shop-wide bonus for ARO. ASE Certifications required.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,500/year ($25.00 - $30.05/hr)

Flat rate $25-$30/ hour. Performance based bonuses, plus shop-wide bonus for ARO.

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $24,960 - $30,720/year

$13-$16/ hour. Performance based bonuses, plus shop-wide bonus for ARO.

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $32,000 - $75,000/year

Base pay plus performance bonuses Performance based bonuses, plus shop-wide bonus for ARO.
