Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

Yes, shop is heated but not air conditioned. We provide big fans and polar pool fans during hot weather.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Manager and 2-3 technicians.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

We are open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 6 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 5 pm

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Computer Scanners, Battery Tester, Battery Charger, Mig Welder, Acetylene Torch, Pipe Bender, Tire Changer, Wheel Balancer, Alignment Rack. Hand Tools provided by the technician.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Our break room has table and chairs, refrigerator, and microwave.

How many bays does your shop have?

4

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Every month is different.

What is your parts ordering process?

Manager or Service Advisor orders parts electronically for maximum efficiency.

What is your policy on side work?

We discourage side work.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We encourage a team working environment. We always want to do what is best for the customer. Electronic tablets are utilized for vehicle inspections. Safety is always a priority. Our shops are very production and efficiency motivated.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We provide onsite training with our training coordinator to help develop technicians. Reimbursement on ASE tests that are passed and reward employee with $50.00 for a passing each test

We understand that our team members are always looking to advance and gain new skills. That's why we have different positions and levels of skills. That way we can sit down with each employee and set their goals to move up to the next level within the company. With our career path, we have had employees go all the way up thru management from a starting technician level.

We value our employees and want every individual to continue improving. Performance are done by shop managers, self evaluation and HR reviews both performance.

What type of safety training is required?

Basic shop safety. Any additional training is a plus and will help you to advance to the next level.

We are all here to work as a team and help each other gain new skills.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Our company has a local outreach program to help the homeless in our community, as well as strong support for the Veterans in our community.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We are always looking for good entry level team members.

Where do you see the shop in five years?

Adapting to new technologies in the industry and thriving with ICE vehicles as well. We are growing and our franchise group will have 40-50 stores by 2027 which means many opportunities for advancement!

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

Yes it is simple and easy to fill out.

We do what suits the applicant. Phone first or direct to in-person interview..

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Meeting with one of our General Managers to discuss the company and your experience and goals to see if we are a good match.

After an in-person interview, we usually have an answer the same day and if not within 24 hours.

We encourage getting on board as soon as possible and would be more than happy to have the applicant start day be the following day.

Service Technician I (B-Tech) Pay Range: $35,360 - $85,600/year

Senior Technician (A-Tech) Pay Range: $35,360 - $130,000/year
