All special tools and scan tools

Very clean and large break room with refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, and dishwasher.

Advanced services through Reynolds & Reynolds Parts request through software
What is your policy on side work?
No side work on premises, off-site is tolerated

Onsite training, web based and in class manufacturer's training up to master level 4

Yearly performance reviews. Discussion includes performance, communications, behavior, goals, and where we can help

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Mentors teach them the necessary skills to be successful. We have them work together for a set period before advancing to become a Technician. Mentors will be available to answer questions, and work side-by-side when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We donate time and monetarily to many local organizations
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We work with our local High schools and trade schools
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we do! More of a light gauge to see the candidate's interest level, and for them to tell me about themselves
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Usually the meeting includes the service manager, service director, and the shop foreman. We discuss the candidates' background, certifications, likes, dislikes, career paths, and what's the techs end goal

We perform background and drug screening before hire
