We currently have 1st and 2nd shifts available and we have flexible scheduling.

Diagnostic laptops and portable lifts are two items we provide

What type of break room facility is provided?

Our break room is air-conditioned with a tv, WIFI, microwave, refrigerator, and a vending machine.

How many bays does your shop have?

Lakeside-Racine has 13 bays in our shop

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average about 400 ROs a month

What is your parts ordering process?

Parts are entered into DMS and delivered to the bays

What is your policy on side work?

Lakeside allows skilled techs to work on their vehicles on their own time.

Our techs are trained by the best in the industry in order to stay on top of their game. Lakeside customers have a high level of confidence when they bring their trucks to any of our shops because they know we have truck OEM, engine manufacturer and ASE certified experts working on their vehicles. We are committed to the ongoing development of every diesel technician regardless of years of experience or skill level. Being well trained by the best in the industry is what you’ll get as an employee of Lakeside. When it comes to training, there is no cost to our technician, Lakeside covers 100% of the training costs. To maintain your skills, we offer onsite factory training, apprentice programs, self-study courses and ASE certification programs and offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program to qualifying candidates.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

You will meet with a Service Manager and General Manager for consideration.

Background and driving checks will be complete prior to scheduling you for a drug screen and physical.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

There is a possibility that we will ask you to complete an aptitude test. We would discuss this further in detail during your interview.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

You will most likely hear back from us the same day, if not the next business day at the latest.

SR. SERVICE ADVISOR Pay Range: $0 - $55,000/year

This position will be located in Racine and Milwaukee OVERVIEW Our Senior Service Advisor would be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and tracking maintenance work in retail shops focusing on efficiency. They would also manage internal communication with our service employees, sales departments, and outside vendors.
