We have heaters in the shop for winter and fans for summer.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

We currently have 2 mechanics and 4 oil change techs

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Technicians provide their own tools

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have a break room with a fridge, microwave and counter with stools for lunch. Most of our guys like to sit outside if it's nice. There is a restroom for employees only.

How many bays does your shop have?

We have 2 oil change bays and 4 mechanic bays

How many repair orders do you average per month?


What is your parts ordering process?

Shop manager usually orders but sometimes the mechanics call them in as well.

What is your policy on side work?

We allow mechanics to work on their personal vehicles on their own time with permission

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Mechanics are usually finished with their work by 3:00pm and are allowed to leave once the days repairs are complete. We have a long history of employment. Our employees have great rapport and are happy.

We will pay for ASE certifications if the test is passed

Yearly review focuses on performance, attendance, punctuation, cleanliness, customer service, social skills and attention to detail

Fire extinguisher, PPE, proper use of lifts

We normally hire experienced techs and we offer on the job training for our procedures

Previously we have sponsored various community activities

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00/hour

Flat rate, paid bi-weekly, pay based on experience and certifications

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hour

Flat rate, paid bi-weekly, pay based on experience and certifications
