We allow our technicians to use our shop to repair their personal vehicles and the vehicles of their immediate family only. We do not allow any other work performed at our shop as it violates our policy and impacts our worker's compensation insurance as well as our liability insurance.

We ask them just 2 or 3 technical questions. Then another 3-4 questions each about their work styles, and the interactions with fellow team members. We ask them if they have ever heard about us and how, if they have seen our website, what they think of our shop so far.
