Street Shop is 5 individuals, including the Street Shop Manager.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
The shop invests in tooling and provides some specialty items. Techs are expected to have a robust personal tool set.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Lunch Room.

Street Shop has 5 Bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Varies
What is your parts ordering process?
In house parts team - technicians submit parts requests.
What is your policy on side work?
That is doesn't interfere with Kellymoss business.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Our Shop comprises a Street Shop, Race Shop, Project Shop and Body Shop.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Kellymoss believes in continuing education and development for its staff members. Training is selected based on need.

We have a variety of positions and departments within Kellymoss. Pending interest, education and experience team members have the opportunity to grow into other roles within the company.

Annual goal setting, regular review of personal performance metrics, Quarterly 1:1Meetings and Annual Review Process.
What type of safety training is required?
Standard.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Team members work side by side with more experienced techs to gain exposure and hands on experience.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Kellymoss hosts different events as part of our membership program. We have hosted car shows, pinewood derby and provide donations to local groups and events.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We have done some outreach to local schools for internship and apprenticeship opportunities.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
Continuing to expand our offerings in Race, Projects and Street Shop.
Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
Formal application upon completion of phone interview.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Meeting with a panel of interviewers typically including he hiring manager, HR and other pertinent individuals. On site tour.

Yes, as a condition of employment after a job offer - background check, drug screening and physical.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Pending on the position, we will have a working interview.

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00/year
Techs are paid at an hourly rate. Commensurate with experience.
Collision Technician - A Level
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00/year

- Kellymoss offers a Simple IRA retirement plan. Kellymoss will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 3% of your salary.

- After you have been employed 90 days, Kellymoss will credit you with paid time off (PTO) accumulated since your start date. You will accrue PTO as a full-time employee.
