Shop is heated, but not Air Conditioned. Temperature stays very comfortable under all weather conditions year round.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Daily 8:30 to 5:15 Monday to Friday. Closed Weekends. Flexible Hours Under Special Circumstances.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Shop tools consist of Special Service, Testing & Diagnostic covering many areas. Additional tools are continuously being added.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Heated & Air Conditioned Space to eat, Refrigerator & Microwave available. Internet available. Space also suitable for training
How many bays does your shop have?
8 Bays plus Drive on Wheel Alignment Rack 1-7,000 LB. Clear Ceiling 2 Post 1-9.000 LB. Clear Ceiling 2 Post 1-7.000 LB. Clear Floor 2 Post 1-10.000 LB. 2 Post 1-14,000 LB. Drive On Alignment Rack W 2 7,000 Air Jacks 2-7,000 LB. Clear Ceiling 2 Post 2- Mid Range Scissor
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Average 134 work orders An assortment of repairs. Support a local Auto Auction &
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are identified & requested through a Digital Vehicle Inspection Program. Auto Serve 1 & NAPA Tracs Dashboard. Process is reviewed & ordered online by Christine Service advisor
What is your policy on side work?
Prefer to a provide a quality position that allows for a good family lifestyle without relying on side work. Outside the shop injuries are also a concern

Separate area for ADAS Service. Cadillac NorthStar Engine Repairs Servicing Several Surrounding States

Today's Class, a Unique Training Program NAPA Gold Program makes ALL ongoing training available at not cost. Additional Specific Training Upon Approval Compensation for Training Time

Hands on with staff. Written Safety Glass policy. Highly Recommended Practices Sheet.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We promote the See It, Own It Solve It, Do It Process. We also encourage good communications to increase understanding.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Specials Many years in the Hatfield area.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Where do you see the shop in five years?
We have a strong interest in an employee stock option plan for the shop

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
We have a written application. 20 minutes should be ample time
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we start with a simple text message. When there is Technician interest a Phone Call is scheduled at a convenient time. A 2nd convenient phone call is scheduled to gather additional work experience information & Technicians direction of career interest. Provide an employment application by email
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Set up to meet our team, followed by a review of the technicians resume & completed application.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Not at this time
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Yes we use a self evaluation experience & system knowledge form that is reviewed in detail with the applicant once completed.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
1 to 2 days on average depending on quantities of applicants
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
Unless a 2nd interview is requested 1 to 2 days would be ample time
