Our shop is both heated and air conditioned.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

We have approximately 18 technicians.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7:30am - 6:00pm Monday-Saturday

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Infiniti special tools. All technicians are required to bring their own "general" tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

There is a break room in the shop that has a microwave, tables, fridge, sink, and two different vending machines. Upstairs in the sales building, there is another break room with a fridge, microwave, tables, and a TV.

How many bays does your shop have?

25 bays

How many repair orders do you average per month?

2000 repair orders

What is your parts ordering process?

We use x-time to order the parts and when they arrive, the technician go to the parts counter & picks up part.

What is your policy on side work?

Does not happen.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes, Infiniti continuously sends trainings to keep our technicians up to date.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Hard working technicians will always have room for advancement within our dealership.

Can you describe your performance review process?

There is an initial performance review at 90 days, and then after that it is yearly.

What type of safety training is required?

In house safety trainings.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We prefer to grow from within, and grow our younger technicians into our future master technicians.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Our dealership is involved with Big Brother Big Sister program. We also participate in special events during the holiday season.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes, we periodically speak with local high schools and tech schools about the exciting career within Infiniti.

Where do you see the shop in five years?

We see our future home grown technicians growing our Infiniti brand and striving for excellence year after year.

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

Yes, there is an online application to fill out. The application process is less than 30 minutes & the assessment is approximately 30-60 minutes.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

No we do not.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Review applicants background, skill set, previous experience & other general questions.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

Yes, background checks, drug screening, and personality tests are performed before hiring an applicant.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

No we do not.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Our typical turn around time is 3-5 business days.

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

The full hiring process can take 2-3 weeks. This includes processing applicant through HR once an offer has been made.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $35 - $45/hour

Flat rate hourly pay.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $25 - $35/hour

Flat rate hourly pay.

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour

Flat rate hourly pay.

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $12 - $18/hour
