Shop hours are 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday

We offer built in tool boxes, roll carts and tool allowances

New break room, all the neccessities are included

We fully support you in your growth in Honda, the local schools are located in Chicago, and we cover all expenses while taking training.

As we are newly opening, we will be completing 6-month reviews and again at 1 year

What type of safety training is required?

We use KPA as our safety program, we will offer videos that each employee will need to complete and stay compliant with.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Master techs will be eligible for training techs, these will be students participating in Honda's next tech training program. These master techs will be compensated to offer their knowledge and insight to help ensure these new techs in the growth to becoming our next employees.

We are open to all types of interviews, after hours/ via phone/ live meeting and in person during the day

Our interview is more of a meeting and greet. We discuss the opportunity, the candidate's background, skill set, and what they are looking for as far as a career path

We perform background checks, drug screening, and driver's license checks.

We look for techs' skills and abilities, training, and school documentation.

We would agree to move forward or reject the opportunity on the same day.

Lube Technician Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00/hour

Lube techs will have the mechanical ability to perform oil and filter changes, tire rotation, tire replacements, filter replacement. And be looking for an opportunity to grow with Honda schooling.

Service Advisor Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00/year

Service advisors must have strong interpersonal skills, phone/text and knowledge of vehicles.

A Level Technician Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour

Experienced Master Automotive Technician, ready to work in a New Honda Dealership and growing repair shop. Diagnoses and repairs vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations. Act as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Also, the master technician provides leadership and direction to other members of the service department. All employees are expected to demonstrate core behaviors that help us provide the level of service that customers expect: Key Competencies Descriptors 1. B Level Technician Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hour

C Level Technician Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Active, full-time team members working a minimum of 30 regularly scheduled hours per week are eligible for Short-Term Disability coverage beginning the first of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. For extended periods of injury or illness, Long-Term Disability (LTD) picks up where pay continuation leaves off. LTD is an optional income protection benefit offered through Voya and is paid by the team member through the convenience of payroll deductions. All active, full-time team members working a minimum of 30 regularly scheduled hours per week are eligible for LTD coverage beginning the end of the month following 60 days of active employment.
Life Insurance Offered
Gurley Leep provides basic life insurance coverage for team members, their spouse, and unmarried children. In addition, we also provide AD&D insurance coverage for team members.
