The shop is heated. We will have controlled air beginning November 2022. Great central air flow

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

30 plus technicians will be working on 5 man groups

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Sunday's closed for family time 5 day work week

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

What type of break room facility is provided?

Technician break room has fridge, microwave, toaster oven and tables Company break room has all listed and TV Will soon (July/August 2022) have a Chic Fil A in dealership

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average 3,600+ repair orders per month but after expansion we will be prepared to do 4800+ repair orders per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Parts are typically in stock Special order parts upon repair

Side work is strictly prohibited

Where do you see the shop in five years?

We are always looking to add good people to our team. We are constantly striving to improve efficiency, productivity and customer service amongst our teams.

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

Yes, we have an online app and a paper form. Once we receive your online application, we will give you the paper form when coming in for an interview

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

No, we don't phone screen applicants but we will try to make contact before setting up an interview.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

You will meet with our Service Manager, Service Director and General Manager.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

We perform Background checks and drug screens. We do require a 3 year motor vehicle record.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

No but when filling out an online application you will be sent a personality assessment when the online application is completed.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

We will notify you as soon as possible but never longer than 1 week

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

It normally takes 3-7 business days, depending on the background check.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $80,000 - $150,000/year

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000/year

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $30,000 - $50,000/year

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000/year

Student Tech / Apprentice
Student technicians work on entry level tasks while completing their school programs.
Pay Range: $15 - $20/hour
