What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday Shifts to be determined with individual technician

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All GM special tools Wheel Balancer, Tire Machine, A/C Machines, Brake Flush, Spring Compressor, to name a few

What type of break room facility is provided?

Two break rooms, first floor next to the shop and second floor Both fully equipped with refrigerator and microwave

How many bays does your shop have?

8 lifts and an Alignment Rack

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Currently 600+ and growing

What is your parts ordering process?

Parts are ordered through the ASR system or at the technician parts counter.

What is your policy on side work?

After hours on your own or immediate family only

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes, we always encourage online and in-person training for our staff.

90-day performance review, constant positive feedback from Service Manager Review areas of growth for each individual's needs

What type of safety training is required?

All safety training is completed with the on-boarding process.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We participate in several programs, including GM ASEP and local high schools. Students are matched with a mentor and taught hands-on.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Working with the local high schools to develop the technicians of the future

Working with the local technical high school and Massachusetts community colleges

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $105,500 - $150,000/year

GM certified technician with excellent diagnostic and repair skills Flat rate technician SIGN ON BONUS FOR GOLD OR MASTER TECHNICIANS STARTING AT $5,000.00

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $30,000 - $60,000/year

Repair technician with the ability to work on steering suspension brakes and tires Flat rate or hourly technician

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000/year

Customer experience needed, along with the ability to present repairs consistently. Base pay plus commission
