The shop is heated in the winter but no Air conditioning.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
You will be working with a team 6 technicians and a shop supervisor
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop hours is 7 am to 5 pm Mobile technician hours is 3 pm to 12 am
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
The shop provides computers for diagnosing and all specialty tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
There is a break room that has a refrigerator and microwaves with a table.
How many bays does your shop have?
The shop has 5 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
On average about 160 to 170 but this is growing do the mobile repairs.
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are request through Fullbay software and the parts department sources them.
What is your policy on side work?
You can do side work as long as it is not one of our customers and it is not done at our facility.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We have an in-house trainer with about 25 years' experience and extensive computer diagnostic knowledge,

There is an annual review done every year.
What type of safety training is required?
Basic shop safety
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
All technicians work will new technicians to train them on how to do repairs and diagnosis.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We service many of the local communities' vehicles and donate some of our time to working on nonprofit projects vehicles.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We do not at this time but would like to get involved with this.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
We would like to see our shop grow to multiple locations and multiple service trucks across the state of South Carolina.

You will be interview by the General Manager, Shop supervisor, and in house trainer.

We do not perform background checks or drug screenings. We do like for future employees to come work for us in the shop for a day to see what their knowledge leave is and how they fit in with the shop.

Pay Range: $20 - $60/hour
We pay a base hourly rate from 20 to 35 per hour plus a commission based on your effective labor rate(ELR). Pay per hour is depending on your experience
Road Service Technician
Pay Range: $20 - $60/hour
We pay a base hire rate for this position plus a percentage of the labor sales of the technician.
