How many bays does your shop have?

7 general service bays 1 dedicated tire service bay

How many repair orders do you average per month?

260 repair orders monthly 65 vehicles per week 3.5 cars per day per tech 2.5 hours per repair order

What is your parts ordering process?

On line parts ordering from 6 local suppliers Plus all major car lines represented within 25 mile radius 15 or more parts deliveries daily from main supplier TECHS DO NOT ORDER CUSTOMER PARTS

What is your policy on side work?

No side work allowed at the shop.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000/year ($24.04 - $38.46/hr)

Wages are paid hourly with a monthly performance bonus. Monthly bonus is calculated based on technicians productivity and efficiency. When the goal is reached, the technician receives a percentage of the labor sales. Certifications are required to receive monthly bonus.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $35,000 - $50,000/year ($16.83 - $24.04/hr)

Wages are paid hourly with a monthly performance bonus. Monthly bonus is calculated based on technicians productivity and efficiency. When the goal is reached, the technician receives a percentage of the labor sales. Certifications are required to receive monthly bonus.
