4 techs, 1 service manager and 1 parts manager.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our schedule varies depending on if you are a mobile technician or an in house tech. -In-house techs 6am-3pm Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities. -Mobile techs vary throughout the day.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All the BIG tools will be provided, anything over 3/4-inch pneumatic guns and sockets, jacks, jack stands, lifts, ac machines, forklifts
What type of break room facility is provided?
Indoor break room with fridge, microwave and basic utensils provided by the shop.
How many bays does your shop have?
16
How many repair orders do you average per month?
100-200 repair orders per month
What is your parts ordering process?
Our parts ordering process is filtered by our management software: 1. quote 2. order 3. receive Each tech can submit parts requests per repair order on their tablet, at anytime, anywhere in the shop.

We do offer paid training as opportunities arise.

Our performance formal review is conducted yearly, we may have exceptions when a technician excels at their job.
What type of safety training is required?
Standard OSHA safety training

Yes, our experienced technicians will mentor and assist the newer ones.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Yes we do.

Showing up on time, walking the shop, getting to know the tech by walking through a truck or trailer.
