Our Service Center was built in 1968. We do supply all of our techs with their own floor fans to keep things as cool as possible.

Our Service Technicians are all scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We do schedule technicians to work on a rotating Saturday schedule of every 8 weeks. The technician will have the option of taking the following Friday off and have a 3 day weekend if they choose.

We offer constant opportunity for training and advancement. We have multiple Ford Senior Master technicians who have attained that by attending Ford training and their tenure here at the dealership. We pay fully for travel to the Ford Training Centers and also the technicians wages while they are there. We also pay the technicians for any online training they complete.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We advance our technicians through a career path from entry level in our Quick Lane to Senior Master. We will hire and evaluate a technician and start them where their skills are best suited and then encourage them to complete training while they get experience at the same time.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Our senior technicians do a great job mentoring our younger/inexperienced technicians. The typical career path will be to start in Quick Lube and then move to an apprentice position in the Main Shop. Generally a technician is assigned to a Senior tech for about 6 months. They will work side by side with the Senior tech gaining experience and knowledge. They are encouraged to complete the basic training required to reach the first certification level. If the incoming technician already has some experience they may skip the Quick Lube position and go straight to an apprentice position.
