What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Our teams are small, this is so everyone will have time to learn and grow, typical 5-6 techs to a team.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Shops is opened from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. their is currently 2 shifts 7am to 4pm and 10am to 7 pm, Saturdays are rotating with a day off during the week if your working a Saturday

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide all manufacture essential tools. we also provide a car pusher , jack and jack stands . we supply the laptops needed for scanning and programming

What type of break room facility is provided?

Break room with table and chairs, microwave oven, refrigerator with free water

How many bays does your shop have?

24

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We are averaging 1700 repair order per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Quotes are generating electronically , service advisors will inform our parts department to order necessary parts

What is your policy on side work?

This is not allowed

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We are a group that strive to help each other day in and day out. There is always someone her to help. our schedule is flexible.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We offer on site training and we also offer off site manufacture training. All training we pay for including car rental and hotel room.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Your have the opportunity to go from a lube tech to a Nissan Master technician.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Our performance review is a one on one process, we look at daily tasks our technician can improve on.

What type of safety training is required?

Lift safety training is required, we have online access in store to get this completed.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We have a designated apprentice program in house, one or two apprentice work along side a Nissan Master tech.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

During the Holidays we collect toys for tots

We host career fair at J-tech one of our local training school.

In 5 years our shop with the highest number of trained techs

Yes we have our application online, it typical takes less than 15 minutes.

Yes we do screen candidates before in-person interviews

Our in person interview includes a direct interview with the service manager.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $67,000 - $82,000/year ($32.21 - $39.42/hr)

ASE certificate , manufacture certified , weekly pay

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000/year ($21.63 - $24.04/hr)

flat rate pay, based on experience , weekly pay

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $37,000 - $42,000/year ($17.79 - $20.19/hr)
