We are open 7-6 M-F and 8-5 Sat, We are closed Sunday. Our shifts are all 5 Days a week and we offer 7-4, 8-5 and 9-6 shifts.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes we provide paid training both in house and through American Honda Training Program. This training is online and in person both here and at an off site training facility.

Due to our dealer being a part of Asbury Automotive, there are endless career advancement opportunities. Can you describe your performance review process?

We strive to excellence and reviewing individual metrics to help technician growth is important. Our review process helps address individual growth. Reviews are at 30 days after hire, 6 months and 1 year. We post individual stats on a daily basis so technicians can see how there are trending not only for financial but individual

What type of safety training is required?

All standard safety training is performed in-house. Once a year we require safety training to operate lift controls and MSDS safety guide.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We have an in house mentorship program for our incoming C-Tech's/apprentices. They have a set amount of skills to master in a minimum of one year in additional to the on-line module requirements set by the manufacturer. Once a C-tech has completed all self studies in a particular area, they are paired with a Master Tech to be their personal mentor. Their Master-Tech is tasked with guiding them through everything from basic disassembly/replacement to diagnostic paths and theory.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We partner with the automotive departments from the local High Schools and College to recruit and even do workshops to answer questions they may have about a future in the automotive industry.

We are increasing traffic and business year after year. Remodeled facilities / dealership with double the amount of traffic and growth.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $56,000 - $90,000/year

All tech pay plans have a weekly production bonus included.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000/year

All tech pay plans have a weekly production bonus included.

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $34,000 - $65,000/year
