All vehicles must have an open RO, no side work on VW vehicles. All others okay.

We offer factory training as well as state inspection training at no cost to our tech's.

We offer in-house training to either become a used car technician or a certified VW technician

We have shop meetings twice a month and do one-on-one meetings once a month

This store is only 2 years old and growing strong in the community. We are constantly breaking all time records in parts and labor sales. We are pushing for aggressive growth in our service department

Interview with service manager and shop foreman. Tour of the facility and shop.

Yes, background, drug, driving abstract and Caliper assessment.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
We have the online Caliper assessment. The first 90 days of employment is where we assess the fit in the shop, attitude, and capability.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $24 - $31/hour
Experienced technician, dealership experience preferred but not required.
Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour
DOE. $17 per hour based on time worked. As an incentive there is also a $20 flat rate bonus. We pay the higher of the two at the end of each pay period.
Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000/year
Depending on experience our advisors get a $1500 salary and at least 6% of parts and labor gross
