Technicians provide their own Tool Box. Cavender will provide transportation of tool box if needed. We also provide any major equipment and manufacture tools

Standard Break room, fridge, microwave, table, chairs, coffee maker

60 Bays

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Position-by-position bases. It depends on the type of Tech and it depends on the needs of the positions as well.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000/year

Hourly based on certifications

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $49,000 - $52,000/year

Hourly based on certifications

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $37,500 - $40,000/year ($18.03 - $19.23/hr)

After 6 months of continuous service : 5 days of paid time off. After 1 year of continuous service : 10 days of paid time off. After 3 years of service: 15 days of paid time off. After 5 years of service: 20 days of paid time off.
Paid Holidays Offered
Full-time associates will receive the following days off with pay any time they fall on a normal work day. Example: if the 4th of July should fall on a Saturday or Sunday, there would be no holiday on Friday or Monday. New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (half-day), Christmas Day Owners/Management could decide for the customer facing department to be open on any of these holidays. Associates also receive a day off in their birthday month. This birthday day off will be treated as a holiday, must occur in the birthday month, and cannot be used at any other time. Check with your supervisor to determine the amount of pay provided for your holiday or birthday day off. Part-time associates normally scheduled to work on a day that falls on a holiday will receive pay at their regular straight time rate for the number of hours they would normally be scheduled to work on that day. To be eligible for Holiday pay, you must work your last scheduled day before the holiday and the first scheduled day after the holiday. Holiday pay does not count as "hours worked" for purposes of calculating an associate's entitlement to overtime during the week in which the holiday occurs.
ST / LT Disability Offered
Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) The Dealership will grant up to 12 weeks (or up to 26 weeks of military caregiver leave to care for a covered service member with a serious injury or illness) during a 12-month period to eligible associates. The leave may be paid, unpaid or a combination of paid and unpaid leave, depending on the circumstances of the leave and as specified in this policy
Life Insurance Offered
We provide life insurance coverage for our full-time associates beginning on the first day of the month after completion of sixty (60) days of employment.  The Dealership pays the entire cost of this insurance for basic coverage only
Uniforms Offered
Service/Parts/Collision Managers, Advisors, Front/Back Counter, Estimator and support staff are to dress in a blue button down long-sleeve shirt with the Cavender logo embroidered. Pants can be either black or khaki. 5 shirts are provided to associates Service/Parts/Collision Technicians, Drivers and Porters will be issued uniforms through our vendor. Sales/Finance Managers, Salespeople, Contractors and support staff are to dress in a white button down long-sleeve shirt with the Cavender logo embroidered. Pants can be either black or khaki. 5 shirts are provided to associates.
