We are an independent automotive repair shop with 2 locations. We work on all makes and models, and do pretty much everything except body work. We do have a division that does aftermarket lift kits for trucks and jeeps with some minor fab work. Our shop culture and employees are the #1 focus. With this focus in mind we know our customers will have the best experience at our shop and we will enjoy continued success!

Diagnostic tools, and specialty tools are provided by the shop. if a teammate has something you'll find them eager to lend a hand or a tool!

What is your parts ordering process?

Advisors source the parts locally based on quality, availability, and then price. We want to get the part in the techs hand ASAP so not to delay progress on repairs.

What is your policy on side work?

Immediate family only. An RO must be created to protect the technician incase of injury.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We will invest in tools and training for the individual. The only thing that is left up to the individual is time - they must invest time.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We are growing from 2 shops to 3 and all positions have the potential for growth.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Performance reviews happen every year and often more frequently. If an individual has increased the skills and abilities of one self then they will be approached and offered better compensation often without asking for it.

What type of safety training is required?

Standard Automotive Safety Training

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

On the job training is a daily activity. Yonger techs may be paired up with a more skilled experienced tech or a peer may offer a something he/she has learned.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are passionate about our support with a non profit Ellies Hats that supports children and families that have young ones diagnosed cancer. We also do work with a local food bank at WFCM. We do turkey drives for families around thanksgiving, and we support Angel Tree through the Salvation Army.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $80,000 - $150,000/year ($38.46 - $72.12/hr)

We pay our technicians what works best for them and the business. We have techs on flat rate, Hourly, Salary, and a combination.

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $55,000 - $80,000/year ($26.44 - $38.46/hr)

We pay our technicians what works best for them and the business. We have techs on flat rate, Hourly, Salary, and a combination.

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000/year ($21.63 - $26.44/hr)

We pay our technicians what works best for them and the business. We have techs on flat rate, Hourly, Salary, and a combination.

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $30,000 - $45,000/year ($14.42 - $21.63/hr)

We pay our technicians what works best for them and the business. We have techs on flat rate, Hourly, Salary, and a combination.

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000/year ($24.04 - $38.46/hr)

Our advisors are compensated by salary. This way they do not have to feel pressure to "sell" to the customers to make a paycheck.

Service Manager
Service Managers are responsible for management and overall health of the shop. Service Managers are typically focused on running an efficient shop that meets their financial goals. Other responsibilities can include staffing, performance evaluations, and financial analysis amongst many other responsibilities.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $130,000/year ($36.06 - $62.50/hr)

Our Managers are compensated by salary. This way they do not have to feel pressure to "sell" to the customers to make a paycheck.

Student Tech / Apprentice
Student technicians work on entry level tasks while completing their school programs.
Pay Range: $14 - $19/hour

We pay our technicians what works best for them and the business. We have techs on flat rate, Hourly, Salary, and a combination.

We pay half the premium for the employees health insurance costs. Effective after the 1st day of the month after beginning employment.
Dental Insurance Offered
Full dental is included at no cost to the employee. Effective after the 1st day of the month after beginning employment.

Full vision is included at no cost to the employee. Effective after the 1st day of the month after beginning employment.
