What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
7am - Midnight - Monday - Friday 7am - 7:30pm - Saturday & Sunday Day shift - 7am - 3:30pm Night shift - 3:30pm - Midnight
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All large, expensive tools. Torque wrenches Diagnostic Laptops/Software
What type of break room facility is provided?
Our break room is 11x14 in size and is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, ice maker, coffee machine, microwaves, sink.

What is your parts ordering process?
Parts Manager orders the parts. Parts Clerk receives/stores parts. Tech's charge out the parts.
What is your policy on side work?
No side work permitted.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, OEM & Vendor supplied
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
After one year of employment you may transition to other departments is positions become available.
Can you describe your performance review process?
90 day review after your start date. Annual reviews thereafter. Employee performance is evaluated and goals are established for the coming year.
What type of safety training is required?
TIA (Tire training) Forklift Hazmat PPE DOT Inspector A/C Wheel End Active Shooter
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
They shadow repairs being made by Sr. Tech's
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We have relationships with local tech schools. We partner with Faith Neighborhood Center to feed needy families.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We work with Lake Tech and Mid-Florida Tech
Where do you see the shop in five years?
We are looking to build a stand alone trailer shop onsite.

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hour
Night/Weekend Shifts would include shift differential.
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
Night/Weekend Shifts would include shift differential.
Lube Technician
Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00/hour
Night/Weekend Shifts would include shift differential.
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $0.00 - $0.00/year
