Shop Hours are 8:00 - 5:00 M - F with a 30-minute lunch break

Shop supplies all tools/equipment beside normal hand tools

Your work bench or the waiting room is where most of our techs take a break

What is your parts ordering process?
Service writers order the parts. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs

Whatever you work on in your own time is fine just not our customers

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We provide NAPA training that is either in-person, and soon will be online as well. Cost will be covered by the shop
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
Growth in our technician's skill set is something that we take very seriously. We will send them to their desired NAPA training, and are open to listening to any other trainings they might be interested in
Can you describe your performance review process?
We perform 90 day reviews. We discuss if the tech is fitting in with the team, look at their numbers, and how we can help if needed
What type of safety training is required?
No formal safety training
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions and help through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Not currently, possibly in the future

We do a light phone screen to gauge the candidate's interest level for the position

Interview is done by the manager. Discussion includes skill set, likes and dislikes, what they would like to achieve in the industry, and getting to know the candidate as a person

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hour
