Shop Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm Saturday - 7:00am - 2:00pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide all major and diagnostic equipment
What type of break room facility is provided?
5 breakrooms available including fridges, table, chairs, TV's, restrooms, and vending machines
How many bays does your shop have?
42 bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average around 1,100
What is your parts ordering process?
Techs will request parts and labor time, the advisor sends a virtual quote to the customer, and the customer will approve. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs
What is your policy on side work?
We do not allow side work. All work must be done with an open repair order
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We are committed to the continuous growth and development of our technicians. GM regularly provides updated courses to keep skills sharp and knowledge current — and the dealership fully covers all training costs.

Can you describe your performance review process?
No specific performance reviews. If our employee's would like to discuss something we are always open to set up a time
What type of safety training is required?
We provide annual training that is web-based
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Our more experienced technicians will be available to answer questions from junior techs. They will also be available to help with repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We are big believers and backers of our local military and first responders
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We participate in local high school career days, we explain the different options students have when working with the dealership. We also sponsor a student and help with their schooling
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We prefer to do in-person interviews
What do your in-person interviews entail?
You will meet with our department manager to review work history and past experiences. We also answer any questions the candidate may have about Boulevard and can provide a shop tour
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
We perform background checks, driving records checks, and four-panel drug screening
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skills assessment. Assessment will be done through the interview process

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $64,480.00 - $170,000.00/year
Flat-rate paid position, pay will be based on trainings and certifications Advanced training is availabe
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $64,480.00 - $90,000.00/year
Flat-rate paid position, pay will be based on trainings and certifications Advanced training is availabe
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $64,480.00 - $72,800.00/year
Flat-rate and hourly structures are both options depending on which one is greater Advanced training available
Lube Technician
Pay Range: $33,275.00 - $37,450.00/hour
Flat-rate and hourly structures are both options depending on which one is greater Advanced training availalbe
Student Tech / Apprentice
Pay Range: $33,275.00 - $37,450.00/year
