26 bays

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Around 190 repair orders per month

What is your parts ordering process?

We order our parts through our dealership management system (DMS), which is currently CDK.

What is your policy on side work?

Outside employment or side work is secondary to your employment at Bob Moore and may not interfere with your job in any way.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We are proud to be an ICAR Gold and ICAR Platinum repair facility. In addition, we are the only shop in Oklahoma City that is certified to work on Audi & Porsche. We specialize in aluminum bodywork, paint-less dent repair, and complete restorations using the latest technology to return your vehicle to the manufacturer's precise specifications.

We require and provide annual safety training to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Our senior level technicians mentor and train newly graduated or apprentice technicians to better understand the industry, improve their strengths and sharpen their skills.

This process can take up to 7 days, but typically its 3 days from start to finish.

Once hired, new team members will complete a two-day onboarding process and orientation to learn about the organization and its structure, culture, vision, mission and values.

Collision Technician - A Level Pay Range: $70,000 - $120,000/year

Paid by Flag Hour

Collision Technician - B Level Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000/year

Paid by Flag Hour

Detailer Pay Range: $31,500 - $37,000/year ($15.14 - $17.79/hr)

Hourly paid position based on experience

Recon Technician Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000/year ($19.23 - $26.44/hr)

Hourly paid position based on experience

Buff Technician Pay Range: $31,500 - $45,000/year ($15.14 - $21.63/hr)

Hourly paid position based on experience

Recon Help Pay Range: $31,500 - $35,500/year ($15.14 - $17.07/hr)
