Open 8:00am-6:00pm Very flexible with employee's shifts

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All diagnostic and major equipment, techs will need to have their own hand tools, we also provide a tool program for techs to get tools at cost. This can be payroll deducted

Fridge, microwave, table, chairs, vending

What is your parts ordering process?

The advisor orders parts. Call center does the initial parts order. The advisor verifies and updates the order

We pay for ASE certification, we also give them a $500 incentive with every passed certification, we also offer brake and alignment seminars twice a year

Techs have the opportunity to advance through various tiers of technological proficiency, ascend to assistant manager roles, and participate in a Manager in Training (MIT) program.

Basic safety training during orientation. Also training for certain equipment before it can be used

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Our experienced techs will work with junior techs answer any questions they may have, and be available to help through repairs when time permits, every works on vehicles, and helps everyone

We work with our local high schools, this includes internships

We just began a remodel here at the Waukesha location.

The Service Center Manager oversees the in-person interviews. Consistent with the aforementioned dialogue, these interviews focus on customer interactions and delve deeply into the services the technician has completed, enabling a comprehensive assessment of their skill set.
