What is your parts ordering process?

Techs and service advisors work on ordering parts. The parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to finish their repairs

Techs can work on their own personal vehicles as long as it doesn't interfere with their work

We promote technicians expanding on their education. We offer online trainings, in-house trainings, and send technicians to VW school if they are interested

There's always room for growth for the right employee. We have training programs for technicians, and if they are interested in doing other positions like a service advisor we can help put them on a career path

Can you describe your performance review process?

We do quarterly reviews. We like to discuss the employee's performance, what may need to be improved, and how we can help. We also discuss morale, and what we can work on as a company

What type of safety training is required?

We provide lift training, and basic training for new employees

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Experienced technicians will answer questions and work side-by-side through repairs with junior techs as time permits

We try to participate when possible. We're always looking for new opportunities

We work with high schools and local tech schools, including job shadowing

We're always looking to put the best team around us. This will help us achieve our goals as a company on both the service and sales side of things

We provide a paper application, it only takes a couple of minutes to complete

C Level Technician Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Flat-rate pay structure, pay will be based on candidate's background, certifications, and skill set

Lube Technician Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00/hour
