Baxter CDJR Papillion - Technician Jobs in Omaha, NE

About Us

Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Papillion is part of Baxter Auto, which began back in 1957 when Johnny Baxter purchased Briley Motors in Benson. He renamed it Johnny Baxter's and turned it into what would be the beginning of one of the largest dealer groups in Nebraska. Now over 60 years later, Baxter CDJR Papillion is continuing Johnny's vision of offering the best cars and a great car-buying experience. Baxter Auto Group is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States with almost 2,000 employees and representing 15 different automotive brands across our network of 23 stores. We philosophically believe our people are THE differentiating factor that distinguishes Baxter in the marketplace. We are focused on having superior employee experiences centered around four key pillars: Well-being, Purpose, Belonging, and Growth. In the end, we want to ensure we’re accomplishing three things: delivering on the Baxter employee experience, taking tremendous care of our guests, and representing our manufacturing brands with excellence.
